Vedas sing ONE GOD as SHIV, SHANKER, SHAMBHOO , How?

In Hinduism, there is one supreme, impersonal, unknowable reality called Brahman. We cannot comprehend this reality, so under the influence of Maya (Illusion), we imagine god to be some loving, supreme, omnipotent being with many other forms. All of the forms live only in the mind with bodies and represent an aspect of the impersonal Brahman. Some see god as Shiva, some see god as Shakti, some see god as Vishnu / Krishna and some see god as Allah / God / YHWH. So in hopes of understanding the reality, we worship and be Yogi for these gods. By being a Yogi and Worshipping gods we are both consciously and sub-consciously empowering our minds because we are the highest power (our Atman = Brahman except Atman is trapped in a cycle of reincarnation like rain, clouds and the ocean).
