Visibly Missing Dating Signals?

I have had allot of misfortune when it comes to relationships. I never understood how others around me could fluently talk and freely find partners. I dont pick up on signals and have trouble reading women (people in general) i recently learnt why this is and been diaganosied with an autism spectrum disorder. I have been reluctant over the years to venture down this road again after repeated shortfalls to the same responses of "Are you blind" or "You go about things the wrong way". How much misinformation would you tolerate from a 30 year guy?
