Alfred Hitch fans! What are the essential Hitch movies to watch?

I have only seen parts of Psycho and I really want to see some of Alfred Hitch's greatest films to begin with as I have heard great things about his movies. So this is like a starter kit per se for Hitch films. So what are the first few movies of his that I should start with? Thanks:D
