Honey market (bal pazar/bal çarşısı) in İstanbul?

I'm going on holiday to İstanbul in two weeks. I've read that there's a honey pazar in the city--specializing in honey, beeswax, pollen, etc. I think it's somewhere near Sirkeci or the Yeni Cami. Does anyone know for sure if there is such a market in İstanbul, and where it is? Thanks!
