I have sever tooth decay and im only 16?

okay so heres my story ever since i was about 12 have been rapidly decaying for no real reason i stopped brushing for about a year but then started agian til it started to hurt so bad i couldnt my mother says my fathers family has weak teeth naturally and says this could be my problem i have no real idea though anyway ive come to accept the fact im gonna have to wear dentures or replace them with screw in caps by age 25 anyway my question is how noticable are dentures or the screw in caps?
