yes you can do it! i had a red eared and I used to feed him those. Just don't do it all the time. I probably did it like once every couple of months. Just get a small pinkie mouse. Need help (Diazepam)?

I'm having a minor operation tomorrow and the Dr has given me 20 mg of diazepam to take due to extreme anxiety. I forgot to ask him whether to take them on an empty stomach and have something to eat first. I read the leaflet that comes with them and it doesn't say anything. Does anyone know, if so please let me know. And if possible, what is the feeling of taking that amount, I usually only take 4mg a day and it helps with my anxiety, but tomorrow I have to have a need in my toe and the Dr says its going to hurt and I'm one of those people who can't stand pain, so what will the tablet do to me. What would be a good laundry detergent for me and my sensitive skin?

All of the laundry detergents I have tried lately have really irritated my skin even ones that say they are made for sensitive skin (like Tide Free for Sensitive Skin). I am allergic to coconuts and nuts (also mushrooms but I doubt that affects detergent) and laundry detergent enzymes seem to practically eat my skin (which I believe is why Tide doesn't work for me). I am not sure why, but any concentrated detergent I have used has been even worse. I am tired of cloths making me itch like crazy and the only environmentally friendly, enzyme free, supposedly hypo-allergenic detergents I have found have some sort of coconut derived product in them. Ok, I already have McAfee and malwarebytes installed on my computer. I went to turn my computer on and Security Tool popped up on my desktop. I have tried to run a scan with malwarebytes but it wouldn't let me so then I tried to start up in safe mode with networking and it won't let me even do that. It has blocked everything from me and won't let me run anything. It won't even let me get into my task manager. I have tried to download rkill and save it to a flashdrive but the other computer is reading rkill as a trojan and won't let me download it. I have tried just about everything imaginable except for clearing off my hard drive. I don't even think I can do that because security tools won't let me open anything to do anything. I also want to know if you mean to say axillary, which means under the arm which is where she would have the lymph nodes. A large neoplastic m is a tumor that can be benign or malignant and my guess is this is under her arm in the nodes.. Interductal cell carcinoma is what I had. I had malignant tumors in the milk ducts of the . Your mother's cancer has invaded these cells and is taking over. With her chemo and treatments, they will do all they can for her. Is she having a mastectomy with removal of the lymph nodes? Again. These questions should really be answered by her Dr. Your mom doesn't want you to worry. She's like most mothers, more concerned for their children than themselves. That's true unselfishness. It may upset her if you take a semester off. Ask her first. Tell her you want to be there to help her when she needs you and when your dad's working. As far as the treatments they are giving her, it is an aggressive treatment. Let's pray it knocks the hell out of that cancer. I have 4 grown children and I know I wouldn't want them to disrupt their lives. If she needs you. she will let you know. I know you want to do everything you can for her and you don't want to leave her alone. Explain this to her, she needs to hear that. Trust me, I've been there. Is it ever a good idea for people to learn calculus in high school?

I want your opinions on this. I've noticed that many people these days want to look good for colleges so they opt to take "AP Calculus" and leave their precalculus/discrete math toolkit behind. 30 day late on an old account. Not Right?

I have an old Auto account that was closed in 2004 paid in full, I had never noticed but the very last and final payment they say was sent in on the 35th day and was late. I have a 22yr old daughter with learning difficulties,and when I was pregnant with my son who is now 13yrs old,I was given a test and it came back,saying I should consider a termination as I was what they call( high risk) as my son could die before he was born,or that he could have Edwards syndrome,meaning he would be severely brain dameged,and die within 24hrs of being born,thankfully I had him and he is perfectly healthy,im glad your son is ok,I think the doctors have to make sure they get it right before putting parents through this awful decision.

ok this advice comes from my mom who drove me around when my dad was in the navy. She said when she would go on the road trips she would of course stop to feed and change me but also when you see a park or a field where your child could crawl or play around take about a 15 to 20 minute break to let them "strech their legs" this will keep him form getting fussy from immobilization. Also try to frequently talk to him and try to get him to babble back to you for some interaction. Maybe try sitting in the back with him for some parts and play with some toys. Car is locking me out?

I have a 1999 Toyota Camery that has a hard time starting up. When I enter my car to start it, it won't start. I twist the key every which way, but my vehicle just won't start. My gear shift doesn't work and everything feels 'locked'. I try to wiggle my steering wheel around as I put my key in the ignition and turn, but my car still doesn't start. Only after 15 minutes of maneuvering my key around does it finally start up. What is the problem?

When I turned my computer on this morning, I got the blue screen of death. Through trial and error, I found that 4 files were installed in windows update last night. But I dont know where to find them. I am looking for KB958690, KB959772, KB960225, and KB938464v2. Any idea where I would look to uninstall these because whatever happened is preventing my desktop from using my NIC to access the internet. It is also making my desktop run super slow.

I can't blame her either. But you have to prove to her that you can act civil and control your emotions. I think that she's afraid that you'll walk out on her again. If she doesn't want to be friends with you then don't push it because then she might become afraid of you. Give her time, when she is ready to become friends with you again be open. I'm scared of parenting my children since I'm Bipolar II?

I am a 27 year old woman who has had Bipolar II all my life. I take medications and am VERY self aware of when I'm about to have an episode. I have a 3 year old son and two stepsons, one 6 and one 3. We are trying to get custody of my husband's sons and one of them has Oppositonal Defiant Disorder. My son has a genetic disorder and before the age of 1 I had to watch him go through chemotherapy, a blood cord transplant, and almost die. He is fine now except for some mild hearing loss. Up until this point I have been able to be a very good mother to my son. I did have a nervous breakdown, but was smart enough to know that I had to be hospitalized and I checked myself into an institution so that I could get better. I have always put my son first and that means taking good care of myself and my mental health so that I can take care of him. I am just worried that bringing in a child who has a disorder will make it harder on me and I won't be as efficient of a mother for all three of them. I love all three of these boys and I want to be the best mother and step-mother to them that I can be, but I am terrified that dealing with someone else who has a disorder will trigger mine. I am doing lots of research on his illness and am currently reading a book and taking detailed notes of the symptoms and how to help him. I guess what my question is, is since I have a disorder, does that make me at risk for being a bad parent? There is nothing more in the world that I want to be than a mother, I love these boys and I want them to be in a home and have lives that are as happy and as stable as is possible. I am just scared. Is this normal to be scared? I've tried looking at websites but all they tell me is to take my medicine and keep track of my moods, things I already do. Is there anything more I can do. I know that these are a lot of questions but if someone out there has this same disease please help me or give me some comfort. Thank you.

Okay. You won't like the answer but it's honest. Even though they promised it to you its still stealing to take it from them. What you need to do is stop doing anything with their business. If she is so sick then maybe they should just close their business. I know it sounds harsh but you need to take care of yourself and your business ESPECIALLY since they broke their word and didn't pay you.

Comp Bank withdrew $600 from Acct., a check I wrote Nov. 2006 and we are now in June 2008, is that right?

In Nov. 2006 I bought Rims for $1,100 I gave 500 cash and had agree to pay $200 for three months... I had to give a check of $600 as collateral. The following month I gave a full cash payment of $600 and they were supposed to shred check. It is now almost two years later and the vendor has cashed the check. The vendor states that my account doesn't show payment of my $600 cash and are demanding a receipt, but since it has been 2 years I threw it away after my account was closed. I then questioned the bank and they are stating that since the check was cashed by another bank they still had to withdraw my account, otherwise the check would have been voide after 180 days.. so they said its between me and vendor. Does that sound right? Cause I still feel that they have some type of responsibility... any suggestions as to what I should do?

6 month old congested?

My baby has sounded really snotty the last few weeks. It just won't go away. We run a cool mist humidifier in her room, use saline nasel drops & suction her nose. Nothing comes out but I can hear it up in her sinuses. She's not running a fever & she doesn't act like it bothers her but I'm a little concerned. Is there anything else I can do? I suspect most "harp blowers" have heard of Jason. He's very good. Then again there are a lot of very good harp players, just as there are lots of very good guitarists. Loss of a friend?

Just to let you know, when someone gets ready to p, the person they are close to is never there. They do not want to see you hurt. It was like that when my mother died. My sister-in-law was not there. My sister-in-law cared so much about my mom and she was close to her. ok so i got my wisdom teeth out yesterday.. I know your not supposed to smoke until 48 hours after.. but I've benn smoking.. ever since about 2 hours after the surgery. I've had about 4 cigarettes. It's just really hard. Those of you who smoke know what I am talking about. I think I'll be okay, but i dont know. When I smoke, I pack my mouth mouth with cotton to prevent the sockets from moving and when I inhale, I bite down on the cotton to apply pressure so they dont move. And after I smoke, I gargle with salt water. Will I be okay?

Occupational theraphy or teaching ?

Hi just wondered if anybody could give some advice please which is the better or the two occupations Primary School Teaching 4-7 years or Occupational Theraphy. Are there mant teachers struggling to find permanent posts or is this a myth. It wouls take me a further year to complete a PGCE as I already have a degree or a further 4 to complete a Occupational Theraphy degree as I would have to do a foundation course as my original degree is not related. I currently have two part time jobs, and two boys 9,6. Would I be a selfish Mum to start studying over again for another three years in Uni when I have them to consider? any advice gratefully appreciated.

How do you deal with a cruel mother?

My mother has been cruel all my life. When she wants you to do something, she'll threaten you with throwing you out of the house or taking something you love away. She's told me many times she wished she had "put me in pot of boiling water" when I was a baby. My brother was adopted. If he didn't eat his food, she would yell at him "I'm going to send you back to your real mother in the Philippines if you don't eat." This happened DAILY. Recently she has been pissed at the cats who don't like her because she bullies them. She knows everyone loves them but since she's pissed she's "accidentally" started letting them out of the house to get lost. I've suffered major anxiety attacks and depression all my life and I wonder if her treatment has had something to do with it. Ditto with my brother. How would you deal with a person like this? How do I control the HATE I feel towards her and my father for doing nothing to stop her?

There is no drama in putting on clothes. Where the drama could arise is from her thoughts as she dresses. In truth you could skip this whole scene unless you really need to use this scene to explore the character's grief concerning the details of the deceased and some of her specific memories... so long as these add something to the story and don't just needlessly drag it out. If she goes to a funeral, it can be safely umed that she put on clothes.

Long story short: I was on an extremely high dose of 3 different steroids about 20 days ago. Since then I've had hormonal problems to say the least, one of which is mild acne. I had a bump on the side of my nose, which I thought was a pimple, so I squeezed it. A small amount of pus did come out, but the next morning (and each sucessive morning thereafter) it has been worse, more swollen, and extremely sore. It feels hard (a lump the size of a pea), and then "squishy"/fluidy for about a 1 inch diameter around it. It's red and extremely sore. Also, that side of my nose is stuffy and I have an awful headache, as well as a low fever and a sore throat. This morning, I also started to get white discharge from the eye on that side! That being said, I get CHRONIC sinus infections and I don't know if all these symptoms are just coinciding with a weird pimply-thing. Does it sound like staph? I'm going to the doctors later today but it's really painful and I'd appreciate any help! THANKS!

Is Chronic Fatigue Syndrome caused by anything but psychological factors?

A friend was recently diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. I realize that it is a real condition that is recognized by the World Health Organization. However, I was wondering if it is a psychological syndrome that causes real health concerns, or if it is caused by something more “tangible” (for lack of a better word) like a virus etc. The Center for Disease Control website indicates that a malfunctioning immune system can lead to CFS. However, can’t psychological disorders cause the same symptoms as CFS? Why/How is CFS not a psychological disorder? I am not trying to cause an argument; as I said, a friend was recently diagnosed and I am interested in gaining a real understanding of the syndrome. Perhaps a good book that explains CFS in a non-biased manner, or something by a medical researcher (not a psychologist) that explains the syndrome.

Legit problems connecting Wii to internet...?

I used to be able to connect my Wii through my home wireless router all the time to the internet. I went back to college (left the Wii home, untouched), and came back yesterday, only to have very odd trouble connecting to the internet again. The router went untouched while I was gone, so did the Wii. I did not change any connection settings, and the router is unsecured so I don't need to enter an address or anything. When the Wii scans for an access point, it always finds it but it simply has trouble connecting. I tried connecting about 10 times probably and it connected a couple times (automatically started updating) and after a couple minutes updating the connection failed. What should I do to fix this problem? I am good with computers so please offer your best advice.

My husband and son's relationship?

I do not like the way that my husband speaks to our son, he seems to be hard on him to do certain things and he tends to make mountains out of moe hills. i understand that we grew up in the generation that children were seen and not heard but it is different now and i believe that our son should be able to voice his likes and dislikes and should not eat something that he does not like (except veggies that is a must for his health) but even that is within reason. I feel that the way he talks to him makes him retreat from him and not really want to be around him. He is always on guard when he is around and i remember being like that as a child and it suck. Drug addiction. Need help Please!?

I need help my brother is addicted to both drugs (cocaine) and alcohol. He has tried to get the will power to stop cold turkey but has had no success, he is not as bad as he use to be but the point is that he is not 100% sober. Put what you want her to eat on her plate, dont try to hide anything, and make a simple rule, she will not be excused from the table until she has tried at least three bites of everything on her plate, she will give in eventually. After that, she may leave, but she is not allowed any snacks until the next meal unless she has eaten all of her food, if she doesnt and shes hungry later, just heat up her last meal and reserve it.

I'm 36 and have found myself estranged from my mother & aunt after my wife & I asked a nurse to evaluate my grandmother for dementia. She'd blacked out & fallen 4 times before being put in rehab for a broken leg. My mother called & chewed me and my wife out on our anniversary no less, deeply hurting my feelings.
