Occupational theraphy or teaching ?

Hi just wondered if anybody could give some advice please which is the better or the two occupations Primary School Teaching 4-7 years or Occupational Theraphy. Are there mant teachers struggling to find permanent posts or is this a myth. It wouls take me a further year to complete a PGCE as I already have a degree or a further 4 to complete a Occupational Theraphy degree as I would have to do a foundation course as my original degree is not related. I currently have two part time jobs, and two boys 9,6. Would I be a selfish Mum to start studying over again for another three years in Uni when I have them to consider? any advice gratefully appreciated.
