I think i hurt my finger?

well i was roller skating at crystal palace yesterday & i fell on my head like my fingers spread out and i hit my pinkie it hurt a little yesterday and it was green like my vein was really close to my hand and then it turned pink& this morning it was purple what should i do!??!?!
