Loss of a friend?

Just to let you know, when someone gets ready to p, the person they are close to is never there. They do not want to see you hurt. It was like that when my mother died. My sister-in-law was not there. My sister-in-law cared so much about my mom and she was close to her. I am a nurse and really to tell you the truth, I see it all the time, the one person they are closest to is not there.
