Am I going to get dry sockets?

ok so i got my wisdom teeth out yesterday.. I know your not supposed to smoke until 48 hours after.. but I've benn smoking.. ever since about 2 hours after the surgery. I've had about 4 cigarettes. It's just really hard. Those of you who smoke know what I am talking about. I think I'll be okay, but i dont know. When I smoke, I pack my mouth mouth with cotton to prevent the sockets from moving and when I inhale, I bite down on the cotton to apply pressure so they dont move. And after I smoke, I gargle with salt water. Will I be okay?
