If you are pregnant what dose it mean to dream you are having a girl?

im 7weeks and 1day pregnant and last night i had a dream that i was at the dr. getting an ultrasound done and we were looking at the baby we saw the heart beat then i asked if he can see if its a boy or girl at first he was like im sorry we cant see then he went further down the side of my belly and then he was able to see if it was a boy or girl i was even abel to see and i yelled out its a girl and the dr. said yes it is. dose this mean anything???
