What is the truth about the New World Translation? Why do people on YA attack it without proof?

Most scholars will say that the NWT is innacurate, watchtower misleads JWs to think it is the best and will only show the very small few scholars that say it is good. But it is not a good literal translation. JWs are mostly mislead because they will not research out of watchtower or watchtower approved sites. There is nothing in the bible that says to use watchtower literature to teach bible. The Holy Spirit is the only one you need to teach you to read the bible. Stick to conservative literal translations like KJV, NKJV or NASB. I suggest JWs read KJV without watchtower literature for a year and ask the Holy Spirit to guide you as you read the bible and see what you learn.
