Is this a valve leak or head gasket?

My car idles irradically. I replaced the spark plugs and wires. when I did the car worked great but after awhile it started up again. I pulled the plugs and they are getting oil on them that is causing the bad idling. Is this leakage coming from the valves or the head gasket?
