Do u care about other people feelings !? (what is ur sign) :)?

If it's some one close to me, yes I will care to an extent. It's only with people that have proven themselves loyal to me though. Random people, no, because I don't owe them anything, nor do they owe me anything. I agree with what you said about the self pitying people; even if it's someone close to me, I get irritated when they complain too much or act insecure. I like confident folks.
