Are your kids afraid of all things green (on their plate)?

Easy, stop disguising it. When you disguise healthy food into food that she likes, you are teaching her that you are being sneaky and trying to trick her, which she will not like, and if she doesnt recognize it, she will get the idea that she doesnt have to eat healthy foods to stay healthy, which is a huge problem when she doesnt have mommy to sneak spinach in her pasta anymore. Put what you want her to eat on her plate, dont try to hide anything, and make a simple rule, she will not be excused from the table until she has tried at least three bites of everything on her plate, she will give in eventually. After that, she may leave, but she is not allowed any snacks until the next meal unless she has eaten all of her food, if she doesnt and shes hungry later, just heat up her last meal and reserve it.
