If you died right now...?

If you died right now and went up to God. (Theoretically speaking) Let's just say that there is a court case to decide whether you should be reincarnated or if you should move on (to the next place our souls are supposed to go). The judge is going to decide. You have a defense attorney to defend your life and you have a persecutor to display the things that you never overcame in your life. Let's say there's a big TV screen and the attorneys will show scenes from your life. Which scenes from your life would be shown by your defense attorney and which scenes would be shown by your prosecutor? Give specific examples.
