I would like to take a part-time diploma in child psychology. Is it available and which sch is better?

I would like to take part time diploma in child psychology. However, I am not sure whether there is such course available in Singapore. I only hrd of part time degree in psychology. If Diploma is available, which school is better? What are the career prospects?
